I was very pleased with Mike's services then. Through the years that I lived in my condo, he was always keeping in touch by sending anniversary cards and flyers about home tips and local events. When it was time for me to sell my condo in 2019, I recommended to my relocation company that Mike be considered as my seller's agent. Timing is key in selling and Mike was fully mindful of that. He did not waste any time and quickly contacted me to get the process going. Right from the initial consultation meeting, Mike came prepared with comprehensive market analyses of comparable inventory units, recent sales, and recommended listing price and projected sold price for my unit.
