Mike was great at helping us find a home. He was always very responsive and was willing to take extra time to talk with me and answer the many questions we had as first time homebuyers. Mike also showed how well he knew about the many areas and potential work we would need to put in for houses we were looking into, and it was extremely helpful in us deciding on our new home. I worked with Mike when he was assigned as my buyer's agent by my relocation company when I moved to Illinois in 2014. I was very pleased with Mike's services then. Through the years that I lived in my condo, he was always keeping in touch by sending anniversary cards and flyers about home tips and local events. When it was time for me to sell my condo in 2019, I recommended to my relocation company that Mike be considered as my seller's agent. Timing is key in selling and Mike was fully mindful of that. I am very satisfied working with Mike and I highly recommend his services and Baird & Warner. In fact, I did refer Mike to a neighbor of mine who was also planning to sell her condo.
