The mechanics of selling a home have dramatically changed as well.  Live online open houses.  Dozens of pages of contracts, mortgage information, HOA regulations sent instantly via email to faceless recipients.  Closings taking place in parking lots…. Crazy huh?

For my friends, neighbors & clients that haven’t sold or bought a home in the last 10 years (or even the last 10 months) this change is overwhelming at best and daunting at worst.
